Warren Christiansen Leonard, an undergraduate from Department of Visual Communication Design’s class of 2015, became the 2nd Runner Up at the Mister Indonesia West Java 2018. Warren earned the title through a closed audition held by Indonesian Male Pageants (IMP). The audition aimed to choose a candidate from West Java to compete in the national level.

Screening took place on 13 May 2018 at the Meize Hotel, Bandung. Warren elaborated on his experience, saying that “I joined this pageant with the intent of trying new things, I’ve planned the various preparations necessary for the audition.”

“I’m quite happy with the rank I earned. I hope that this will inspire the young generation and the people of West Java to preserve Indonesian culture and traditions, especially in West Java,” he said. Congratulations on your achievement, Warren! Hopefully you can inspire other students through other accomplishments as well. (pm/sj)
