Maranatha Creative Industry Showcase Day is an exhibition, filled with arts during a-2-year period. This was possible thanks to grants received by the Faculty of Arts and Design.

Dr. Seriwati Ginting, Dra., M.Pd., as the Head of the Event said that there were 8 MBKM schemes being implemented. She also said that there would be students from 10 high schools who would attend this event. In addition, the faculty would also publish news on TribunJabar.

To prove our dedication to the MBKM program, we implemented 8 MBKM schemes and invited students from 10 high schools in Bandung. We are also working with TribunJabar in making event articles,” she said.

In addition, there were also remarks from the Dean of FSRD, Irena Vanessa Gunawan, S.T., M.Com and the Chancellor of Maranatha Christian University, Prof.Ir. Sri Widyantoro, M.Sc., Ph.D., IPU. It is said that the MBKM program is very useful in business development. It is hoped that FSRD can continue to develop its existing potential.

We will always support FSRD and all faculties to always create positive things,” said Sri Widyantoro.

In this event there was also a business opening seminar delivered by Dr. Pan Lindawaty Suherman Sewu, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn., F.Med.Arbld, as Legal Consultant. This seminar was very useful for students who want to have their own business. She explained the business strategy, form of business, and intellectual property.

Amazingly, this event was filled with canting batik activities. Absolutely, this was very interesting to watch and try. FSRD students also enlivened the event by performing. This creativity needs to be appreciated properly.

There were also workshops and Sundanese script competitions, which is a form of appreciation for the local culture. Not to forget, there is also a TikTok contest, Edu Expo, and the MBKM Exhibition. Hopefully positive events like this can continue regularly
