RAKERNAS is an annual agenda attended by representatives of MPK, MPKW, Partner Institutions, Christian Education Foundations from all over Indonesia, and other invited guests. This activity was opened by Mr. Handi Irawan D., M.B.A., M.Com. as the Chairperson of MPK by hitting the gong as a sign of the opening of the RAKERNAS III agenda. On this occasion there were 4 lecturers from the Faculty of Humanities and Creative Industries (FHIK), 18 students, and 4 Permanent Administrative Personnel (TAT) of Maranatha Christian University who were involved in the committee as a form of community service to the field of education. The committee from U.K. Maranatha served as designer, operator, usher, photographer, videographer, secretariat, and core committee. In addition, Dr. Dra.   RAKERNAS III activities were opened with the performance of Merak Dance performed directly by BPPK School Students with Lengser accompaniment as a form of local cultural appreciation and introduction of West Java culture to the participants. On the second day, the participants had a session of learning to play angklung taught by Mr. Kurnia from Pasundan Christian Church (GKP) by performing Indonesian national and traditional song instruments. The session was welcomed by the RAKERNAS III participants considering the tight agenda of the meeting, with enthusiasm and cheerfulness they followed the learning session as a form of preservation and introduction to Sundanese Culture.
